Pool Season Isn’t Over Yet
The pools are open daily from 8:00am to 8:00pm through the end of the season. A few reminders so everyone can enjoy the last weeks of summer: residents need an active pool pass, guests must be accompanied by a resident, and glass containers stay home. Help us keep the pool area clean by picking up after yourself — your neighbors thank you.
Can You Crack the Locker? Back-to-School Giveaway
School is almost back in session, and we’re celebrating. Starting August 3rd, stop by the leasing office and take your shot at our “Can You Crack the Locker?” giveaway — guess the locker combination for a chance to win a locker full of prizes. Clues drop on our social media throughout the competition, and one lucky winner takes home the grand prize.
Maintenance Made Easy
Need something fixed? The fastest way to get maintenance to your door is a request through the resident portal. Report concerns as soon as you notice them, and please keep pets secured during maintenance visits. For anything urgent, our 24-hour maintenance line is (252) 752-5100.
Moving Out? Here’s Your Checklist
If a move is in your plans, three things make it smooth: submit your written notice at least 30 days before vacating, send us your updated forwarding address, and return all keys and parking passes. Questions? Give us a call — we’re happy to walk you through it.
