Fall is on its way to Greenville, and there’s plenty happening around Eastbrook & Village Green this September. Here’s what to know as summer winds down and the new season gets underway.
Pool Closing September 30
As summer comes to a close, our pool will officially close for the season on September 30. We hope you’ve enjoyed another great pool season with us! Please keep your pool key fob – there’s no need to return it. We’ll simply deactivate pool access after the 30th and reactivate your existing fob when the pool reopens next season.
Mark Your Calendar
Labor Day falls on Monday, September 7 this year, honoring the hard-earned rights and contributions of American workers. Fall officially begins later in the month, on September 22 – cooler days are on the way.
Maintenance & Parking Reminders
For non-emergency repairs, the fastest way to reach our team is a request through the resident portal. For after-hours emergencies, our 24-hour maintenance line is (252) 752-5100. And a quick parking reminder: please park only in designated spaces, and keep sidewalks, dumpsters, and fire lanes clear.
Resident Tip of the Month
A few easy ways to stay comfortable and save this season: replace your air filter at the start of each month (stop by the office for a free one), lower your thermostat a few degrees as temperatures cool, test your smoke detector monthly, and keep windows and doors closed while the A/C or heat is running.
